A Year of Innovation and Growth
2026 has been an incredible year for the Hull Robotics Society. From exciting project launches to memorable social events, we’ve had plenty to celebrate.
Projects in Progress
This year we’ve been working on several ambitious projects:
- Baxter Robot Development - Continuing to expand Baxter’s capabilities with new arm segments and enhanced programming
- Dalek Project - Recent upgrades to our mobile frame and electronics systems, With dalek
Insert nameexploring the campus and plenty of photo shoots it has been appart of - OSRC Controller - Building a sophisticated controller system with custom hardware and software
- Pepper Robot Development - Experimenting and utalising peppers features allowing us to under take interseting new adventures
Events & Screenings
We’ve also had great fun with our film screening series, bringing the society together for movie nights featuring classics like The Lord of the Rings and Wall-E.
